Keep in mind the following scenarios for unknown charges:

  1. You do not recognize the company or name of the subscription you ordered. A full list of subscriptions and descriptors are located on this page.
  2. A majority of our subscriptions come with convenient automatic renewal, so there is no chance of interrupted service. This means that at the end of your free trial or subscription term, your credit card will be billed automatically under the original billing terms. If you’d like to remove your subscription from automatic billing, please email us at and we'd be glad to stop any future charges from occurring.
  3. An order was placed by a family member, friend, or co-worker with access to your credit card.
  4. A back-ordered or pre-ordered item shipped.
  5. An order was split into multiple payments over an agreed upon price and term length.
  6. In an effort to better serve our customers, we utilize credit and debit card preauthorization. Occasionally, you will see an additional PENDING charge(s) on your statement until our merchant clears the transaction. There is no need to contact us, as the pending authorization hold(s) will be automatically removed from your account within 3-5 days.
