You can change your contact information by going to to My Account page and look under “My Personal Information” and you will see your primary contact information listed. When you look further below, you will see you have the ability to update your contact information. When complete, please click “Save Changes”.
With our My Account section, you can easily and quickly update your password without having to call or email into our Customer Service department!
To do so, please make sure that you are already logged into your account at www.thefinancialreserve.com. Once you are logged in, click My Account Details.
From here, please click the Update My Password header. Clicking this will cause the box below to appear.
You will need to put in your current password. You can then put in the password you would like moving forward. Please note that the new password must be at least 6 characters long.
After clicking Save Changes, you should receive a note that explains that the new password will take around 10 minutes to take affect.

There are multiple ways you can view what subscriptions you own. Once you’re logged in you have two options:
Individual subscriptions can be purchased over the phone or online All subscriptions are available by phone but many can be purchased directly online.
For phone orders, call 1-800-708-1020 to purchase.
For online orders you can find a subscribe link for subscriptions that are available. The easiest way to see what subscriptions are available for online purchase is to go to Publications (for logged-out users) or to Subscriptions (for logged-in users). Your subscriptions page will show which subscriptions you already have and which are available for purchase. To purchase, click the “Subscribe Today! Get Instance Access” link for the subscription you would like to purchase.
Please contact Customer Service to cancel your subscription by emailing your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you may call our Customer Service department at 1-800-708-1020.
If you have forgotten your username and password, you can retrieve your information by going to the “Log In” button in the top right-hand corner of the website.
At the bottom of the new white box that pop-us up, you’ll see a link that says “Forgot Username or Password?”. Click here and a new page will appear. You will be prompted to provide the email address that you used when you placed your order. An email will then be sent to that address with your current username and password.
Please contact Customer Service to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription by emailing your request to email@example.com. Alternatively, you may call our Customer Service department at 1-800-708-1020.
Below is an example of a charge for one of our publications on a credit card statement.
PSV stands for “publishing services,” indicating that the charge is for a newsletter service. Other publishing houses use this same acronym. Following that is the name of the publication. In general, the PSV designation appears only on Visa card statements.
The phone number for the Agora Financial Customer Service Department is listed in case you have a question or concern about the charge. In fact, we highly encourage you to reach out to us by phone at 1-800-708-1020 or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you need any explanations or clarification on the charge prior to reaching out to your Credit Card Company or bank. Our customer service representatives are more than happy to explain or assist you!
The best way to submit a question is through the editor’s mailbag. Although the editors are prohibited from responding to emails individually, they will often address your question in a future issue. The question may even show up in the FAQ section of the website.
If you’re not sure what your editor’s mailbag email address is, you can refer back to Day Two of your Getting Started welcome emails. The subject line of that email would have been: Resources for Getting the Most Out of Your Subscription
If your editor does not have a mailbag, then you can send your questions to email@example.com and a customer service agent will make sure your request is forwarded to the best person to answer your questions. Our Customer Service Department is located in our home office and works directly with the editorial staff on a day-to-day basis.
