Gains of $63K on Ocean-View Lots

Big news out of Costa Rica’s Southern Zone… Back in November 2018, RETA members were able to buy lots in our Pacific Ridge opportunity, perched on hillsides with panoramic views of the ocean and surrounded by lush rainforest, for $753 per square foot. One of my scouts was in country recently and checked up on these lots, which are near the jungle village of Ojochal… Our RETA price for a lot like this would have been $147,980. That’s a boost of more than $63,000 in less than four years.
