The 2017 edition of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) infrastructure report card gave America’s crumbling highways, disintegrating sewer pipes and overtaxed energy grid a D+ average — adding that it would take $4.6 trillion to bring everything up to a passing grade. Their latest report will come out on March 3, 2021… undoubtedly to be more dire than the last, with an even higher price tag attached. To put it in terms of this week’s theme, the devil is laying out the sheet music for an infrastructure tune… giving you a limited window to position yourself for the dance.
