What’s Joe Biden’s Force Majeure?

The only times in history that the U.S. dollar has fallen like it has today was during major Black Swan events in the global financial system. The greenback was in freefall even before the Biden administration proposed its $1.9 trillion pandemic relief plan… the $2 trillion infrastructure program… not to mention climate change proposals… reparations for slavery… and every other bit of spending that Biden and his allies have been talking about behind closed doors.
